Nicole Toppa

a certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience, was a former physical education teacher. With fitness and health ingrained in her life, she discovered their positive impact early on, leading her to share the benefits with others.

As a busy mom of three, Nicole understands the challenges of a hectic life. Her mission is to help you embrace self-care, not just for physical goals but for overall well-being. Through fitness, nutrition, and mindset work, she aims to boost your energy, strength, and self-confidence, enhancing both physical and mental well-being.

Known for her challenging and creative workouts, Nicole's contagious positivity meets you at your fitness level, whether you're a beginner or aiming to advance. With years of experience training clients one-on-one, in groups, and online, she's excited about the LFT app, making fitness affordable and fun. Nicole looks forward to getting to know you and welcoming you into the LFT family.

  • Who is the LFT app for?
    The LFT app is for anyone looking to improve their fitness and health. It is geared towards all fitness levels, and has something for everyone. Whether you are looking for full structure through a guided program, or new workouts to add into your current fitness routine, the LFT app has you covered. If you are looking for effective, creative, and motivational workouts to help you reach and sustain your fitness goals, the LFT app is for you.
  • How much does it cost to join?
    The LFT app is 24.99 per month or $249 for the year, both on a subscription basis. Pay in full for the year to receive two months free.
  • Can I try the workouts before purchasing?
    YES! There is a 7 day free trial to all new members. Check out all the LFT app has to offer!
  • What is the average length of workouts?
    The average length of workouts varies throughout the app. Most program workouts are around 45min, but that will vary from person to person going through it. Workouts can also always be adjusted to fit your schedule needs. You will find workouts as short as 5 minutes, all the way up to 60 minutes, which can easily be sorted through with the search feature.
  • What equipment will I need?
    There are a lot of options within the LFT app. You will find some bodyweight only workouts that require no equipment. There are many at home workout options and full programs which require dumbbells only. Ideally having a set of light, medium, and heavy is recommended. The gym focused workouts will require standard gym equipment, such as dumbbells, cables, barbell, pullup bar, and some machines.
  • How often are new programs added?
    We are always working on adding new programs and features to the LFT app. It is an ever growing library and community. New workouts are guaranteed to be added in monthly.
  • Can I cancel at any time?
    Yes. As long as you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged. Once you cancel, you will have access to the app until the end of the current billing cycle. If you're having trouble with canceling your subscription, please reach out to our support team at support@ongo.app.
  • How do I report a bug or tech problem?
    If you are experiencing any technical issues within the app, please contact our team at support@ongo.app and we can look into this as soon as possible for you!
